FULL SERVICE INFORMATION
Full service is available for your event. The service charge includes:
Kitchen personnel for prepping, service items and equipment
Buffet set-up and maintenance
Disposable dinnerware (clear plastic plates, clear plastic cups, paper napkins, and plastic utensils).
We will staff your event based on the size, menu and location.
Servers are provided at an addition charge.
This service requires a $40 delivery fee. An additional mileage fee will be charged for deliveries out of service area. Food is set-up buffet style and suitable condiments and ice are provided. Items can be setup hot and ready to serve, or can be delivered cold for the client to heat and serve later.
Décor, Linens, Staging and Rentals are available for an additional fee.

Unless otherwise coordinated, all food will be presented on upscale disposable bowls and trays with disposable serving utensils. Real equipment such as silver chafing dishes, platters, china, glassware, linens and beautiful floral arrangements are available at an additional charge. Please inquire through your coordinator.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. All services must be paid in full before delivery unless credit has been established.
Applicable state and local sales tax will be assessed to the final bill unless a tax-exempt certificate is on file or provided.
Cancellations received in writing prior to 24 hours of the delivery time will not incur a penalty charge.
Cancellations received in writing within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery time will incur a 50% charge to cover our event investment.
If we have not received a cancellation in written form the event will be charged in full. The above policy also applies to events cancelled due to inclement weather.
